JJ INSPIRES respects your privacy. This policy explains how information shared through our website, Google enquiry form and WhatsApp contact links is handled.

When you submit an enquiry, you may provide your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, organisation or role, the support you require, your preferred contact method and time, and any other context you choose to share.

How we use the information

We use enquiry information to understand your requirement, respond to you, arrange an initial conversation, recommend a suitable next step, and maintain necessary records of the enquiry. We do not use enquiry details to diagnose or provide medical or mental-health treatment.

Confidentiality in one-to-one coaching

One-to-one coaching conversations are treated as confidential. We do not publish or use a client's identity, personal story, session content, notes, recordings, or identifiable feedback in testimonials, case studies, training materials, social media, or marketing without the client's explicit permission.

Feedback used internally to improve the service is anonymised. Coaching sessions are not recorded without clear prior notice and separate consent. If coaching is sponsored by an employer or institution, any progress reporting and information-sharing boundaries will be agreed in advance; session content will not be shared with the sponsor without the participant's consent.

Confidentiality may be limited only where disclosure is required by applicable law or legal process, or where it is reasonably necessary to respond to a serious and immediate risk of harm. These boundaries will be explained as part of the coaching agreement.

Services used to receive enquiries

The enquiry form is provided through Google Forms, and WhatsApp conversations are handled through WhatsApp. Information submitted through those services is also subject to their respective privacy practices.

Website analytics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, general traffic sources, scrolling and clicks on enquiry, WhatsApp and catalogue links. Analytics is used to improve the website and understand which pathways visitors find useful.

We do not send enquiry-form responses, WhatsApp message content, coaching notes, names, phone numbers or email addresses to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are disabled. You may decline analytics through the preference notice without losing access to the website.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be accessible to service providers used to operate the enquiry and communication channels. Enquiry information and any necessary coaching records are kept securely and retained only for as long as reasonably required to respond, provide the agreed service, maintain essential business records, or meet applicable obligations.
