The professional journey
Jisha Joseph is a Lead Learning Consultant and Neuro-Transformation Coach with 15 years of experience helping people learn, lead and grow.
In her current MNC role, she designs and delivers requirement-led learning for more than 1,000 employees across India through both online and offline sessions.
Inspired by her teacher parents, Jisha found her early purpose in helping others discover what they could do. Yet even while excelling as a trainer, she experienced the self-doubt and inner hesitation that many high-performing professionals know well.
That experience led her to explore mindset, behaviour change and the practical conditions that help learning transfer into action. Today, she combines reflective coaching, storytelling, structured activities and facilitation practice to create useful shifts that last beyond the room.
Her purpose is simple: help people recognise their inner strength and move forward with greater happiness, confidence and purpose.
